Stacy Higa : In the News : EEOC Issue
Stacy Higa has hired respected Honolulu attorney Michael Nauyokas to represent him in this ongoing EEOC matter. Here is the brief that Mr. Nauyokas filed with the EEOC on Mr. Higa's behalf. Mr. Higa believes that the, "County should not pay this person one penny. If I did anything wrong, I should personally be responsible. From day one this is all I expected and wanted. I would like the opportunity to face my accuser with my lawyer representing me. This has not happened, and I believe the legal documents filed by Mr. Nauyokas on my behalf is very much appropriate and needed. I thank him for agreeing to represent me in these matters."
