My confidence in the CDP process undertaken by the current administration is low and I would like to re-work the process. I believe the geographic areas covered by the CDP process are too big and diverse, lessening the likelihood of consensus from the participants. Though they may be in a general geographic location, their community needs are different. My process would include a “visioning” process for each community within a CDP district. After the visioning process is complete, the County would incorporate those distinct ideas into a CDP.
